Ingredients in our soaps may include Olive Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Sustainable Palm Oil, Castor Oil, Mango Butter and Cocoa Butter.  Goats Milk, Coconut Milk, Colloidal Oatmeal, Kaolin Clay and Silk may also be special additives added.  Please check all ingredients, scent descriptions, and any warning listed for the item(s), which you are interested in before ordering to help insure personal satisfaction and to avoid any known skin sensitivities. 

Requests for refunds or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If an agreement is made for a return or exhange you will be asked to send back the item in original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order and a full payment less shipping charge will be refunded upon receiving the return.  Used products will only be exchange for something of equal or more value.

Our products are handmade, some aesthetic variations may occur between two or more of the same items. 

USPS is our sole provider for shipping. All excess shipping charges will be refunded to you via PayPal. If it is more cost efficient for the customer for us to ship your products in 2 separate packages we will contact you and alert you that we are doing so. We do not charge a handling fee. 

Regular packages are shipped within 3-5 business days. It takes approx 1-3 business days for First Class, Priority, and Flat-Rate boxes to be delivered. My guarantee is to pack your order within 3-5 business days, not for it to arrive by the estimated USPS arrival date. Mail can often be delayed for many reasons and if you are concerned about inaccurate tracking or package delays, please contact USPS.
